Please log a returns request via the website within 15 days of receiving the item or 7 days if the item was on sale/clearance.
If the item is not wanted anymore then delivery is processed back at your own cost. If the item is undamaged, unused and sealed then we will do a full refund.
Incorrect item delivered
If we have delivered the wrong item/size/type, then we will replace it with the correct item and at the same time collect the original item delivered at our cost.
If the item delivered arrives damaged then we will collect, inspect and once your claim is verified then we will refund you in full or we can credit your account.
Please note that if we cannot verify that the damage was caused by TP collection but happened after it was initially delivered then we will charge you that collection fee. There will be no refund.
